IT'S FUN!

A while ago, we were together and Ana Maria was telling the girls (Tamara and Danielle) some of the things Mom (Nani) was struggling with, mom was following the conversation and the girls looked at her feeling sad that she had to go through the yucky problems... she looked at them, smile and said IT'S FUN! so now that's our saying whenever we are having a hard time with something or just to help us get through a hard day! If Nani can do it we can do it!!!

Spending some time together.

Ana Maria came to spend some time with mom and dad this week, it's so nice to have her here, we laugh a lot and she does so much for them. Tonight Tamara and Cass, and Danielle and Brandon came to spend some time with them too, Dave couldn't come tonight. Missed you Davey. We had a good time visiting, and then eating a yummy dinner Ana Maria prepared with some help from the girls. I wish all of you could have been here, Bryan, Anthony and Michael and families...
Dad was on his computer, so we went and took a couple of pictures with him, then we went to mom's bedroom to take some pics with her... of course she made us all laugh, she's so fun and funny and sweet.

Mom is more and more tired, we can tell her little body is really having a hard time, but she always has a ready smile and is always concern about everyone else around her. I love you mom, I wish I could help you breath. It's so hard to see you struggle.

FAMILY DINNER

Last night we had our "Christmas Family Dinner" we were sick in December and had to postpone it...
but I really liked having it in January, it was a lot more relaxing, than when everyone is running around making preparations for the holidays.

Eric, Doreen, Ravenna, Mark and Karen are Ed's siblings. Della is Dad's friend... we are glad she could come spend the evening with us.

hApPY biRthDAy to mE

We didn't have set plans for the evening but some friends came by with ballons, treats, this pretty bird house for the cabin I loved, and this cake almost way too beautiful to eat.

Thank you so much everyone for making my day such a fun one!!

Also thank you to all of you that sent the cute cards, called me on the phone and sent emails, you really made my day! (even the next day calls , it's fun to make it last longer hee hee)

My friend Laurie made this cake for me, she's so talented and is always sharing all of her talents with others, I am so lucky... thank you so much I think that's the most beautiful cake I have ever had.

Just a very good day...

I had another birthday... lucky me! I love birthdays and this one was a really good one. It was a beautiful day we had sunshine and blue sky in the morning and it wasn't too cold so it was perfect to be out and about. My sister came to see mom, (she hasn't been feeling very good lately), and all of us; we called her when she was on her way to tell her to come to lunch with us, mom was very tired but wanted to go anyway. We had a good time together and my sister was able to spend a few days with us, helping us so much at home, going to the doctor, etc... that was so good, thank you!

The sun was so beautiful on the mountain we had to take a couple of pictures, snow and sunshine... just what I ordered for my b-day. : ) Thanks for being here Ia I really had a perfect day, love you!
